It looks beautiful and was simple to install, but that is the only positive I can say. The first case I ordered had small cracks in the corners within a few days. I exchanged it for a new one, and in about two weeks there were more small cracks showing up. Now, the bottom won't stay on because the little snap-on parts are all broken off. Admittedly, I use it a lot. My Macbook Air is in and out of my bag throughout the entire day and is always with me - but that is why I wanted a hard case to protect it! I would not buy a Speck case again.

These cases are terrible , only had it 2 weeks and corners are cracking !!! What a waste this is the second one we have tryed and unless u never carry it and only leave it on a table they brake!

This was simple to install and looked great. Mine lasted 4-6 weeks before bottom corners closest to the hinge crack and break off. The top piece stays on fine. The bottom piece wants to slip off and has cracked sharp corners. VERY POOR design.
